Second appliance while I'm there? Just $50.
Best for: a one-time check-up
$199
one visit, three appliances
The 3 appliances that need cleaning most often
$349
one visit, up to five appliances
Best for: between tenants, buying a home, or total peace of mind
If a tune-up turns up something that needs fixing, I'll tell you what it is and what it costs before I touch it.
The unit is empty, so it's the easy time to get every appliance looked at. The next tenant moves in with things that work, and you hear about the tired ones before they become a 9pm phone call.
A home inspector checks that the appliances turn on. I open them up. You find out what you're actually getting, what has years left and what's close to the end, before or right after you move in.
Cleaning and checking everything once is cheaper than a surprise breakdown in the middle of a busy week. And if something is close to failing, you get to decide when to deal with it.
Refrigerator coils. Dusty coils make the compressor work harder than it should. Cleaned coils run cooler and easier.
Small problems stay small. A worn hose, a weak gasket or a filter that's never been cleaned is usually a cheap fix if somebody notices it early.
No. You pay for the visit when I come out, and that's it. Nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel. If you want another tune-up later, just book one.
On the Big Three and Whole Home visits: if an appliance I inspected breaks down within 12 months, I take $50 off the repair.
If I'm already in your home for a repair or a tune-up, I'll look at a second appliance for $50 instead of $99.
I'll help you figure out whether it's worth fixing and what to do next.
