“Max figured out the issue with our dishwasher, visiting twice to make sure he got the job done. Honest, thorough, and expert service. Highly recommend.”

“At no point did it feel like he wanted to upsell or take advantage of my lack of knowledge on these machines. He was very communicative and told me costs and expectations at every step of the way.”

“He had a difficult problem with my stove top, one that others could not fix. … With persistence and know-how he took care of my problem and I finally have an operating burner. Hurray!”

“He’s incredibly responsive, shows up when he says he will, and fixes the issue efficiently every time. … It’s such a relief to have someone I can trust who actually answers the phone and follows through.”

“Max was on time, diagnosed the problem with my Wolfe range quickly and repaired it promptly. I would definitely use his services again!”

“Most importantly, he was honest. In a situation where someone could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge about appliances, Max impressed me with his integrity.”

“He came back with the parts and finished the job!! He was very patient with my husband’s need to know and then helped us change the batteries in the garage door keypad.”

“Always responsive, helpful, thorough, and respectful of my home and my time. … He is my go to call for everything appliance related for almost 5 years.”

“Max was outstanding and efficient and was able to solve my problem. Two others were not able to accomplish that.”

“He communicated well before visits and helped diagnose the problem, order parts, then fix our washer quickly.”

“Our refrigerator was quite the enigma and he made sure to see it through until completion. Highly recommend!”

“Honest and fair. Excellent communication.”
