For property managers

One person to call when an appliance breaks.

Licensed, insured and easy to schedule. I already work with management companies on the North Side. Send me the tenant and the problem, and I take it from there.

Licensed and insured

I'm fully licensed and insured to work in rental properties. Need proof of insurance for your file? Just ask.

Easy scheduling

Once your account is set up, all you do is send me the tenant's info and what's broken. I schedule directly with the tenant, so you're not stuck in the middle.

Estimates by email

After the diagnosis you get an electronic estimate by email. Once you approve it, I usually order the parts within the hour.

Straight answers for owners

You talk to the guy doing the work: what failed, what it costs, and whether it's worth fixing or time to replace.

Laundry rooms

Shared laundry rooms in your buildings, from a single washer that won't drain to a room full of machines that need attention.

Parts from major vendors

Most parts arrive the next day from the major suppliers, so an approved repair doesn't sit waiting.

What I handle in rentals

Refrigerators, washers, dryers, stacked laundry, shared laundry rooms, dishwashers, ovens and ranges, microwaves, garbage disposals and the rest of the usual unit equipment. I tell you what failed and whether it's worth repairing, so you're not chasing three people for an answer.

I'm one guy, not a dispatch fleet, so you always deal with me, the same person who does the work.

Call or text to set up your account: the buildings, how many units and who I should send estimates to. After that, just send me the tenant and the breakdown.

Tell me what your appliance is doing.

I'll help you figure out whether it's worth fixing and what to do next.
