How I approach a repair
Stacked units can be tricky to access, especially in condo closets. Send me the model and a photo of the space if you can so I can plan the visit.
I'll inspect the problem, talk through repair costs, and tell you if I think replacing the machine makes more sense. I don't want you spending money on a repair that isn't worth doing.

Every job is different. It's a $99 trip fee for me to come out. Parts and certain job types can change the total. I'll explain costs before you authorize the work.
